Chuck Souders, Lodge Esquire, presented the Elks JROTC Achievement Ribbon and Certificate at the Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps awards ceremony today. The ribbon & certificate is to recognize Cadets that have proven him or herself to be a true leader in Academic Achievement, as well as Community Service Projects, and who maintains the highest standards of performance in all fields of endeavor.
