State College #1600 Delivers $1,000 Check to Rising Hope Therapeutic Riding Center

The State College Elks Lodge # 1600 continues to emphasize the importance of veterans programming in the life of its Lodge. This fact was emphasized when the Lodge's Veterans Service Committee delivered a check for $1000 to Rising Hope Therapeutic Riding Center, which caters to veterans, free of charge, through horse therapy.
