2026 Fall Workshop Recap

The Pennsylvania Elks State Association gathered in Washington, Pennsylvania, October 8-12, 2025, for its annual Fall Workshop at the DoubleTree by Hilton. The event brought together Elks members from across the Commonwealth for several days of fellowship, leadership development, committee meetings, and the exchange of ideas that strengthen our lodges and communities. The Fall Workshop is one of the Association’s signature events, providing members with opportunities to learn, collaborate, and celebrate the many accomplishments of Pennsylvania Elks.

A special highlight of this year’s workshop was the visit of Tim Yaeger, Grand Exalted Ruler of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, and his wife. Their presence added tremendous meaning to the weekend and provided members with the opportunity to hear firsthand about the vision and priorities of our national organization.

The Pennsylvania Elks extend their sincere gratitude to GER Tim Yaeger and his wife, Sandy, for taking the time to join us. Their dedication, leadership, and unwavering support of Elkdom continue to inspire members throughout Pennsylvania and beyond. We deeply appreciate the encouragement they shared and the genuine interest they showed in the programs, people, and communities that make our Association so special.

The Fall Workshop served as a reminder of the strength of our organization when members come together in service, charity, and fellowship. As attendees returned home to their lodges across the state, they carried with them new ideas, renewed enthusiasm, and a shared commitment to the principles of Elkdom. Thank you to everyone who helped make the 2025 Pennsylvania Elks Fall Workshop a memorable and successful event, including all of the Committee Reports that remind us all of the great work going on across the Commonwealth. Please be sure to refer to the training section for new additions from the Fall Workshop. Ready Elks - Let's Go!
